The NIT Emerging Markets Fund is constituted under the NIT Unit Trust which is authorized under the Unit Trust Act 1989 and established by a Trust Deed dated 19th & 26th October 2007 between the National Investment Trust Ltd (“The Manager”) and the State Commercial Bank Ltd (“The Trustee”).
